Now Hiring - Insurance Sales Representative in Beckley, WV

Seeking full time and/or part time Sales Professional to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, market appropriate State Farm products and services.
• Process new policy applications.
• Discuss and explain insurance coverage.
• Work with the agent to establish and consistently meet monthly sales goals.
• Establish a solid referral base to aid in the growth of the agency.
• Use needs-based review process to appropriately educate customers about insurance options.
• Work in a team environment.
• Provide detailed financial information to customers.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside or inside sales, retail sales, business to business sales, insurance/real estate sales, telemarketing) preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, preferred.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products plan in helping people manage the risks of everyday life.
• Ability to work independently.
• Property & Casualty license (must have).
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
